The total arithmetic performed to train a model, usually quoted in FLOPs. It has become the field's standard measure of scale, and, increasingly, a regulatory threshold.
Compute is a better proxy for capability than parameter count, because it captures data volume and training duration together. Regulators have adopted it for exactly that reason: several frameworks trigger additional obligations above a stated FLOP threshold, making an engineering measurement into a legal boundary, and, predictably, into something worth designing around.
The model sits just below the regulatory training compute threshold.

مجموع العمليات الحسابية المنفَّذة لتدريب النموذج، ويُذكر عادةً بوحدة العمليات العائمة. وقد صار المقياس المعياري للحجم في الحقل، وصار أيضاً، بصورةٍ متزايدة، عتبةً تنظيمية.
الحوسبة مؤشرٌ على القدرة أفضل من عدد المعاملات، لأنها تلتقط حجم البيانات ومدة التدريب معاً. وقد اعتمدها المنظِّمون لهذا السبب بالذات: إذ تُفعِّل عدة أطرٍ التزاماتٍ إضافية فوق عتبةٍ محددة من العمليات، فيصير قياسٌ هندسي حداً قانونياً، ويصير، كما هو متوقع، أمراً يستحق التصميم حوله.
