Saudi Arabia's national AI ethics framework, issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority, setting principles such as fairness, transparency, accountability and privacy for AI use in the Kingdom.
The principles function as the reference point for AI governance in Saudi Arabia and are increasingly cited in procurement and public-sector deployment. For organisations operating regionally they matter alongside, not instead of, external regimes: a system serving both European and Gulf users answers to more than one framework, and the obligations are not identical.
The deployment was reviewed against the SDAIA principles.

الإطار الوطني السعودي لأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، ويضع مبادئ كالعدالة والشفافية والمساءلة والخصوصية لاستعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي في المملكة.
تعمل هذه المبادئ مرجعاً لحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في السعودية، ويتزايد الاستشهاد بها في المشتريات والنشر الحكومي. وهي للمؤسسات العاملة إقليمياً مهمةٌ إلى جانب الأطر الخارجية لا بديلاً عنها: فالنظام الذي يخدم مستخدمين أوروبيين وخليجيين معاً يخضع لأكثر من إطار، والالتزامات ليست متطابقة.
